I had a problem with a re-booking of a Viking Cruise for my customers. There was a penalty on an E check rebate they received when paying by check instead of credit card. It made no sense at all that there would be a penalty on something they never paid, but was a credit. I tried to solve it myself with Viking but got nowhere. It took a few months, but Tracy Bettencourt worked very hard to remedy the problem through Viking representatives. She made me and my clients very happy and I am very grateful for all her hard work.

I used Goldrush Getaways to take a river cruise on the Rhine in June 2010. They facilitated all of the travel arrangements including Air travel and a pre-cruise visit to Austria while going to see the Passion Play which is performed every 10 years.

Nancy in the Travel/Reservations department has been superb in her responsiveness and assistance with coordination with other travel suppliers. Training classes taught by Janis are clear and well organized; she makes it easy for beginners.

Since joining Goldrush Getaways my husband and I have learned alot about the travel business thru Goldrush classes and vendor presentations, greatly broadened our knowledge of the world, and taken some fantastic vacations (at very good prices) to parts of the world that we might not otherwise have visited (China, Kenya, the Amazon). My name is Terry Fitzsimmons, I am a member of Goldrush Getaways. I recently was on vacation in Hawaii with my wife and two daughters. Both airlines (Aloha, ATA) we were using went bankrupt leaving us stranded at the airport in Maui. We were in the process of returning home (LAX). We frantically tried other airlines for flights that day only to find out there were no room for us. The only flights we could find were two weeks out.
